About The Programme
Integrated Teacher Education Programme (I.T.E.P.) is a four-year integrated teacher education program designed to prepare future educators with a strong foundation in subject knowledge, child development, pedagogy, educational psychology, classroom management, and extensive school internship. The program combines undergraduate education with professional teacher training, enabling students to develop the knowledge, skills, and values required for a successful teaching career. The programme is offered by Natural College of Education in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and follows the guidelines prescribed by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

Eligibility
Qualification
Candidates must have successfully passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board. The minimum qualifying marks and reservation benefits shall be applicable as per the latest NCTE, Government of West Bengal, and the concerned admission authority's norms.
Eligible Candidates
Students from Arts, Science, Commerce, or any other recognized stream who have completed their Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination are eligible to apply, subject to the prescribed admission criteria for the Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP).
Admission Process
Admission to the Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) is conducted according to the guidelines issued by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and the respective admission authority. Candidates are required to fulfill the notified eligibility criteria and complete the admission process as prescribed for the academic session.
